Objective of the study:

To assess the effectiveness and safety of fixed dose
combination (FDC) of antioxidants in treatment of
idiophathic Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia.
Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia (OAT) is a condition
where a man has a combination of a low sperm
count (oligozoospermia), poor sperm motility or
movement (asthenozoospermia), and abnormal
sperm shape or morphology (teratozoospermia), it is
a common cause of male subfertility.

Large scale study carried out in clinics of five fertility
centeres across india.
One hundered & thirty-eight male patients, aged
between 21 and 50 yeras and sub-fertile for 1 year or
more with basline sperm selection criteria of
concentration.

The study used a fixed dose combination of
antioxidants in dose & concentrations that are
completely safe for the patients as proved by current &
previous studies.
